Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The contacts and relationships with those contacts are the lifeblood of a company.  It is important to maintain those contacts, and perhaps even more important to have a shared, cohesive view of those contacts among your colleagues.  A shared list of contacts will ensure accurate mailing lists, up-to-date records of contact activities, and enhance the general accuracy of contact information.

Customer Relationship Management is about more than just contact information, it is about the entire interaction process with contacts and all of those related "touch-points".  Important aspects of this include:

  • Calendar

Individual users can maintain personal calendars, invite other users to appointments, and track customer interactions.  Share the details of a customer meeting or demo with other users through Activities.  Coordinate team events through invitations.

  • Companies

Unlike with personal contact managers, businesses need to track company information separately from that of individuals, whether they work for those companies or not.  Share a list of companies between all users.  Always up-to-date information, including addresses and phone numbers, Contacts at those companies, Categories, Files, and Activities.

  • Contacts

Track details of individuals just  like you do for the companies that those individuals work for.  Additionally, track relationships between individuals for more meaningful customer interactions.  Each individuals' contact information can be the same or different from their associated company, or need not be associated to a company at all.

  • Journals

Similar (and greater than) simple notes, journals provide for a time aspect and other details like categorization and linked contacts.  In- or out-of-office users can make journal entries for customer phone conversations, sales calls, demos, etc. to better keep other users informed of contact interactions.

  • Tasks

Create task items for yourself or assign tasks to another user.  Record the progress and review the progress of others.  Link tasks to contacts to enhance the view of related activities.

  • E-mail

E-mail is an integral part of everyone's daily interactions internally and externally, as such e-mail is also an integrated feature of MRSware.  Besides the normal features found in every e-mail client, make use of advanced tracking of contact activity, share mailboxes easily and effectively, and have all your information in one application.

  • FileShare

The FileShare in MRSware is a convenient location to place files for other users to access, for backup of important files, and to collaborate on documents.  The interface allows for full collaboration including check-in and check-out for multiple editors or a document and revision control.  Try sharing a document that changes every month rather than e-mailing a copy to everyone every time it changes.

Add Reporting & Data Analysis features for each user to access, interact, and manipulate data in their own way to see exactly what they need:
  • Reports
    • Contact Printout
    • Journal Printout
  • Data Analysis
    • Relationships Analysis
Download the MRSware client with access to our Demo installation to get a better idea of the data that can be shared in your organization.  While you're there, try the reports and data analysis.  If you would like a guided tour or have questions, contact us.
