Quick invoice entry allows for fast input of the most important details from
invoices or manufacturers' reports. Full details can be entered for
line item tracking. Import invoices from manufacturers' spreadsheet
reports. We will work with your manufacturers to help them provide
your invoice details in an electronic, importable format.
Sales Rep Management
Define your sales team and hierarchy for use in MRSware. Setup your
company's sales structure by Territory, Selling Group, or individual Sales
Rep. Define split rates for commission payment. Assign user
accounts to their respective part of the sales organization.
Customer Listing
Track account numbers, sales rep assignments, split rates, sales totals,
and customer contact information all from one interface. Easily search
for distributors or end users by contact category, address information,
sales rep, etc. Quickly sort and filter to see top-10 lists, customers
by geography, and much more.
Opportunity Tracking
Also known as a sales funnel, the opportunity tracking features of
MRSware allow users to track progress on sales leads, new or existing
opportunities, bids, etc. Internal staff can push leads out to the
field sales organization. Field sales reps can update details and deal
positions for management review. Managers can forecast revenues based
on closure percentages, deal positions, and likeness of successful closing.
Campaigns
Track marketing events and sales campaigns to determine effective.
Track attendance at events and recipients of mailings. Determine the
effectiveness of campaigns by comparing the opportunities gained
(Opportunity Tracking), sales/donations made (Invoices/Donations), and expenses incurred
(Expense Reports).
Expense Reports
Users can submit expense reports and track expenses. Managers can
reject expense reports or individual expenses on a report (and occasionally
approve them too). Designate a person to pay expenses. The
expense reports feature also ties into Campaigns and Opportunity Tracking to
provide users insight into the effectiveness of marketing and sales
activities.
Product Catalog
The product catalog shows information on products being sold including
manufacturer, product number, description, unit type, and prices.
