Tim Morales of Tim Morales & Associates, AIM/R's Conference Chairman, planned and ran a very successful seminar in New Orleans. There was a record turnout of over 400 who attended the 4 days of meetings.
From the Opening Reception - with a jazz band and great food and drink - to the last session "Rep Profiles - Today" put on by the LOT (Leaders of Tomorrow) group, this conference was a great mix of significant content and fun.
Many of the meetings were presented by rep members of the association whose topics were relevant and comprehensive: "Recruiting and Retaining Millennials", "Fundamentals of Buy/Sell Representation", "Best Practices for Bid & Spec Representatives", "Best Practices for Effective Communications with Your Principals", and "Competing in an eCommerce Environment" were just a few of the sessions.
These reps know the importance of education and networking!
