Here are the steps to re-enable a sales rep in Sales Rep Management:
When you hire a sales rep (for example, Diego Vega), you create a new MRSware User, and enable the sales rep in Sales Rep Management. Diego moves to another part of the country, so you disable him as a User and disable his entry in Sales Rep Management. A year later, Diego moves back and you re-hire him. You once again set Diego up as a MRSware User and re-enable him in Sales Rep Management.

In MRSweb, you can sort and filter in tables to see your data in a variety of ways. Sorting data makes it easier to see and review the data displayed. Filtering data separates out the unwanted information, hiding the information that doesn't meet your filter criteria.
When you want to edit a current Sales Rep or Territory, go to "Sales Reps" under the Contacts menu.
When you want to add a new sales rep or territory, go to "Sales Reps", found under the Contacts menu.
The Sales Rep Management page is the control center for the sales force. Here is where Sales Reps, Territories, and Agency sales entities are assigned. We also create the link between these sales force entities and their corresponding Users in the system. Once a sales rep/territory/agency is created in the system, it can be assigned to Customers and Invoices.
Sales and Commissions dollars in the MRSware system are represented by an Invoice in the Invoice Entry screen. Each Invoice has a Sales Rep assigned on it. Each Customer (Company who has purchased from one of the lines represented by the sales agency) is present in the Customer Listing screen. Each Customer has a Sales Rep assigned to it.
At invoice entry time, the sales rep as seen on the Customer Listing screen is filled in on the invoice by default. The data entry user entering the invoice has the ability to override the sales rep assignment to credit the individual sale and commission entry to a different sales rep. This is typically seen when more than one sales rep calls on the same customer. Over the course of time, sales rep assignment to a customer will change. As they do, the new sales rep is assigned in the Customer Listing screen. When new invoices come in for that customer, the new sales rep is assigned on the invoice.
