With MRSweb running on your smartphone, you can snap job site photos, showroom displays, or damaged freight pictures and immediately upload them into customer and project records.

Files uploaded in the web client are instantly available to office staff inside the MRSware Desktop application and File Share repository.

WebMail Portal & Mobile Email

MRSweb includes an integrated WebMail portal. Reps can also configure their smartphones to connect directly to MRSware IMAP/SMTP servers for seamless email synchronization.

WebMail Client: Accessible directly from the Activity navigation menu for browser-based inbox access.
Mail Senders Lists: Configure approved outbound sender domains and aliases.
Document Attachments: Link PDFs, contracts, and quotes directly to contact cards.
