All connections to MRSweb are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol to safeguard confidential agency sales reporting, commission data, and customer information during mobile transmission.
Web Password Complexity Policies
System administrators can enforce password complexity requirements for all MRSweb users, including minimum length, uppercase/lowercase letters, numeric digits, and mandatory password renewal intervals.
Session Timeout & Multi-Device Control
MRSweb automatically terminates inactive browser sessions after a configured timeout period to prevent unauthorized access if a mobile phone or tablet is left unattended in the field.
AI Usage Log & Model Auditing
When Gemini AI integrations (AI Smart Paste, AI File Content Extraction, and AI Smart Import) are enabled, administrators have access to a dedicated AI Usage Log view (~/pages/aiusage-log):
- Audit Trails: Inspect timestamps, user IDs, and originating IP addresses for every AI request.
- Document Verification: Review the extracted data output and source file metadata to confirm accuracy.
- Token Consumption: Track prompt and response token usage to manage operational costs and verify model efficiency.
