Mobile CRM Overview
MRSweb provides immediate access to your entire agency customer directory. Whether you are walking a trade show floor or sitting in a parking lot before a meeting, you can look up customer accounts, locations, phone numbers, and past interactions.
Creating & Editing Companies
To create a new customer or prospect account on mobile:
- Open the navigation drawer and select Companies.
- Tap New Company (+ icon) in the top toolbar.
- Enter the Company Name, Account Number, Type, Billing/Shipping addresses, and assigned Territory Sales Rep.
- Tap Save. The record is instantly live in the cloud and synced to the desktop database.
Tap-to-Call, Tap-to-Email & GPS Maps
MRSweb incorporates mobile device hooks into contact records:
- Tap-to-Call: Tapping any phone number automatically opens your smartphone dialer.
- Tap-to-Email: Tapping an email address launches your default mobile email client with the contact pre-populated.
- Map Location: Tapping an address opens Apple Maps or Google Maps for turn-by-turn driving directions to the customer facility.
