Speech-to-Text Voice Dictation for Field Journals
The most powerful feature of MRSweb for field sales reps is native mobile speech-to-text integration. Right after walking out of a customer meeting or finishing a phone call in your car, you can debrief the entire meeting using your voice without typing on a keyboard.
1. Open MRSweb on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Tap New Journal.
3. Select the Company and Contact.
4. Tap into the Notes / Description text area.
5. Tap the Microphone icon on your smartphone keyboard (iOS Siri Dictation or Android Google Voice Typing).
6. Speak your meeting recap clearly, including action items and customer requirements.
7. Tap Save. Your complete meeting minutes are now permanently recorded and timestamped!
Action Items & Follow-up Tasks
From any Journal touch point, you can generate follow-up tasks with due dates, priority tags, and assignments to colleagues. These tasks automatically sync with the Desktop calendar and alert team members.
