In addition to standard CSV and Excel spreadsheet uploads, the Web Sales Import tool features AI Smart Import capabilities. Unstructured text files or non-standard manufacturer feeds can be parsed using AI assistance directly within the import view, automatically matching lines to customers and catalog items.

Resolving Conflict Batches in the Browser

When an imported customer name or part number does not automatically match an existing database record, MRSweb flags the row in a Conflict Batch. Users can match to existing accounts, create aliases, or add new customer records on the fly.
