What is Software as a Service (SaaS)?
SaaS is a term used by software providers who host their software on their servers and offer the software to "users" for a fee. The provider often, but not always, includes all of the software, hardware, updates, maintenance, and support in the user fees. MRSware does include all of these as part in its service.
Is MRSware in the Cloud?
Yes, MRSware is "in the cloud"... When MRSware started development in 2002 the term "in the cloud" was not used; however, MRSware was designed from the beginning to be used via the Internet as a hosted service (SaaS).
What is an integrated solution?
An integrated solution is one that brings together or incorporates (multiple parts) into a whole. For example, how MRSware has the full capabilities of CRM, Email server & client, File Share, and financial tracking all in one package, through one interface.
Is MRSware a CRM application or is it a sales and commission tracking software?
Yes. MRSware provides both a CRM application and a sales and commission tracking in a single software application. MRSware is an integrated solution because it brings together CRM and sales and commission tracking into a single application.
Why have one software for both CRM and sales and commissions?
Having both CRM and sales and commissions in a single software provides the user with a broader picture of their territory or business. By sharing information the users increase their efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
Can I use MRSware on my phone or tablet?
Yes. MRSware contacts can be synchronized to mobile devices. E-mail can be synch'd using IMAP. EYOND, Inc is in BETA testing on MRSweb for use on mobile devices. MRSweb is a sales oriented, useable anywhere version of MRSware.
How do I get my contacts into MRSware?
MRSware offers an import wizard to help you move your contacts from one program into MRSware. Contacts can also be synchronized using MRSware Sync from various sources, including Outlook, Android, iOS, & Blackberry.
Can I get my sales and commissions from last year into MRSware?
Yes. If you have your sales and commission numbers in a spreadsheet you can use our import wizard to move your data from the spreadsheet into MRSware. If you prefer, or if the data is in a complex format or layout, EYOND, Inc can convert and transfer your data for a fee.
Can I get my Outlook e-mail in MRSware?
Yes. There are a number of ways to get your e-mail from another provider into MRSware. The easiest is to set up an IMAP account with your current provider which will facilitate moving the messages into MRSware. E-mails in MRSware are linked to the contacts in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields. There is also a link set up for third party contacts who are not mentioned in the To fields, but are associated with the content of the message.
How do I enter my sales and commissions into MRSware?
There are three ways to enter sales and commissions into MRSware: 1. manual entry, 2. import wizard, 3. automatic import.
Can I restrict what my sales reps see when they login to MRSware?
Yes. MRSware has extensive permissions that can be customized for your needs.
Is there a set up charge?
No. There is no set up charge for MRSware.
How much does MRSware cost?
There are two pricing plans: Business Plan or Plus Plan.
- Business Plan is $35/user/mo
- Plus Plan is $55/user/mo
* MRSware has a 5 user minimum
Is there a contract?
No. There is no contract to sign.
Is support included?
Yes. Ongoing e-mail support, online support, online classes, how-to videos are all included in the user fee.
Is training included?
Yes. Ongoing training via web conference is included in the user fee. Onsite training can be provided for a fee.
Is there a charge for new versions?
No. There is no charge for new versions of MRSware, nor for any upgrades or enhancements. All of these are automatically downloaded to your installation when you login using your username and password.
