Very wise people have said that education is a journey, not a destination, nor a race, nor a one-time task.
Believing this to be true, all of us at EYOND™, Inc offer as a beginning to your MRSware journey these Online classes. The classes consist of lessons, each lesson containing instructions on how to use a specific area of MRSware.
i Point of Information:
MRSware is subject to enhancements, improvements and new versions. Therefore the MRSware Online Class Lessons will be frequently updated to reflect these changes. Check back to learn about new features and functions in MRSware. When you see a red i a point of information is shared.

We recommend starting with Lesson 1 – Introduction to MRSware, the Homepage – as it provides instructions on how to move around within MRSware. Some of the class materials are not complete but will be available in the near future.

You are going to go over some of these familiar features and view the various sections of your Home page.
Lesson 2 CRM – Companies/Contacts
In this lesson, you are going to learn about Companies and Contacts. As mentioned in Lesson 1, Companies and Contacts are the heart of the MRSware CRM system. Virtually all information is associated to Companies and Contacts. They contain information on businesses, organizations and the individuals that work for these businesses and organizations, as well as anyone with whom you have a business relationship. You will learn how to set up a new calendar appointment and view your appointments, tasks, as well as see events entered by others in your system. You can also see if someone else, in your company, is available during a specific time in order to invite them to join you at a meeting/event, and send invitations to individuals who do not work for your company.
Using the calendar helps you begin to build your Relationship Database and share your schedule with others in your company.
Lesson 4 CRM – Journals

In this lesson you will learn how to set up a new task by entering the details of your customer's, Principal's, prospect's, end user's and other business partner's requests for information or assistance. These tasks act as reminders to yourself or others in your company to follow up on these inquiries.
Using Tasks helps you build your Relationship Database and share your work - whether sales, service or support - with others in your company, leading to improved collaboration and enhanced customer service.
Lesson 6 CRM – Projects
In this lesson you're going to learn about Projects. You will learn how to set up a new project by entering the details of any job, deal, quote, or event and associate the project with participating companies and contacts, as well as add to the project the activities taking place to achieve the goals of the project.

Lesson 7 MREPS - Customers
Beginning with this lesson you're going to learn about the financial side of MRSware. As multi-line sales reps you need a way to capture and track sales and commission data in a way that makes it easy to view all lines purchased by a customer, or all customers purchasing from one Principal. With the MREPS modules you will be able to enter orders, invoices (with or without line item details), and commissions, do commission reconciliation, and in customers view the resulting numbers in order to better manage your territories.
With Lesson 7 - Customers you will learn how to set up a new customer or edit a current customer by entering the manufacturer(s) from whom they buy (with account numbers) and the sales rep(s) who are assigned to them. Once the information is entered, you will learn how to use the Customer listing in order to view customer's sales in different ways.
Using Customers helps you complete the picture of your customers; combining the activities (Lessons 2 - 6) with sales numbers. The synergy created with MRSware raises your awareness of what's happening with your customer, helping to improve and focus sales efforts.
