Commission Reconciliation
The Payment Entry screens allow the rep agency to reconcile the commission statements received from their manufacturers, against the invoices in the system. Partial payments and adjustments are factored in to the system. Sales splits are also factored in and are reflected in the commission payments to the sales reps.
Reporting and Analysis
MRSWARE offers a variety of standard reports as well as advanced analytics. Report Explorer is our general purpose reporting solution that is commonly used to output PDF or Excel structured and formatted reports that work well for email and print. Data Analysis is our pivot-table-like tool for ad-hoc and customized reporting to really dive into what is of interest at the moment, also with output to PDF and Excel.

Commission permissions are fully under the control of the Agency, where total commissions, sales agency split, sales rep split, or any combination can be shown. Summary reports showing roll-up totals by Customer, Principal, Line Item for the Agency or the individual Sales Rep / Territory for a selectable time range. Recaps for the Sales Agency as well as the individual Sales Rep or Territory are available. Take a PDF version of an item in the system with you, including things like a copy of the Company that you are going to visit, the details of an Appointment that is scheduled, a Journal, Task, or Project summary. Printouts are great for sharing things like Campaign summaries, Opportunities being worked on or individual Expenses for discussion with colleagues and clients. Summarize sales call activity in a roll-up report presentable to Manufacturer partners. Run detailed reports that include call notes for internal review with the sales team. Run Expense Reports by Category and quarter to hand-off to the company accountant. Customer Snapshot reports for call planning and sharing with key accounts.
