Updates

• Home page menus changed, moved to right-side.
• New buttons added to right-side.  Create New items directly from the Home page.
• Birthdays no longer show by default in the Calendar.  Turn them back on as desired by using the Filter button.

Fixes

• Sales & Commissions chart on Home page correctly calculating date ranges.
• Company pages sales history charts fill in the previous year's time range.
