CRM – Standalone Notes Scratchpad & Batch Note Editing
The Notes module in MRSware Desktop provides a high-speed, lightweight scratchpad repository for capturing informal phone messages, quick internal memos, procedural cheat sheets, and agency reference notes. While CRM Activity Journals are designed for structured, time-stamped customer touch points linked to specific accounts, the Notes module functions as your personal and team desktop notepad – supporting private vs. shared notes, high-throughput spreadsheet editing (NoteSpreadsheetForm.cs), and bi-directional mobile sync.
Press Ctrl+N to jot down a new note, Ctrl+E to edit, or click Edit in Spreadsheet to review and batch-organize all agency notes in an Excel-style grid.
