Sales Management β Sales Rep Profiles, Territories & Split Rules
The Sales Rep Management module in MRSware Desktop (EYOND.MRSware.Modules.SalesForce) provides end-to-end administration of agency sales personnel, territory alignment, customer account assignments, inside vs. outside rep designations, multi-tier commission split hierarchies, and rep performance metrics. It empowers agency principals to manage sales team rosters, realign customer territories using the Bulk Assign Sales Reps Wizard, monitor account churn, and generate monthly sub-rep commission payout statements.
Press Ctrl+N to add a new sales rep, Ctrl+E to edit rep profile details, or select Tools → Bulk Assign Sales Reps to reassign customer territories in bulk.
Agency Sales Rep Administration Architecture
In independent rep agencies, managing sales reps involves complex relationships between user logins, customer territory ownership, and commission crediting:
π€ Rep Profiles & User Linking
Link agency sales rep entities (SalesRepId) directly to system user accounts (UserId), ensuring role security permissions align with commission ledgers.
πΊοΈ Territory & Zip Code Alignment
Assign reps to geographic territories defined by States, Counties, and 3-digit Zip Code prefixes for automated account and order routing.
β‘ Bulk Assign Accounts Wizard
When onboarding a new rep or realigning territories, reassign hundreds of customer accounts, pending quotes, and open orders in a single guided wizard.
π Performance & Churn KPI Cards
Monitor each rep's portfolio size, count of active customers, prospect accounts, open opportunities, and customer churn rate on visual card layouts.

Originating vs. Destination Split Rules
Configure split percentages between the rep who called on the distributor branch (Originating Rep) and the rep who specified the job with the contractor (Destination Rep). These rules feed into the Commission Rules Engine to automate sub-rep compensation.
