Integrations – QuickBooks Accounting Desktop Synchronization

The QuickBooks Integration module in MRSware Desktop (EYOND.MRSware.Integration.QuickBooks) establishes a bi-directional bridge between your agency's CRM / commission operations and Intuit QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, and Enterprise). By connecting directly via the official QuickBooks Foundation Class (QBFC) and QBXML application programming interface, MRSware synchronizes customer accounts, imports factory invoices, matches catalog part numbers, and exports reconciled commission check deposits directly into your general ledger bank accounts – eliminating double data entry between sales and accounting.

Fast Access & Prerequisites

Launch the integration via File → QuickBooks Integration → Import / Sync Wizard. Requires QuickBooks Desktop installed locally or on the same local area network (LAN) with administrative permissions enabled.

MRSware & QuickBooks Accounting Architecture

In a typical rep agency, accounting software handles general ledger and tax filing, while MRSware handles complex commission split matrices, rep territories, and order tracking:

👥 Customer & Vendor Synchronization

Export new CRM accounts to QuickBooks as Customers or Vendors; match existing QuickBooks accounts to MRSware contacts via automated fuzzy matching.

📦 Item Catalog Alignment

Sync master catalog part numbers between the Product Catalog and QuickBooks Items, matching List Price, Cost, and Income Accounts.

🏦 Deposit Posting & Bank Matching

Export reconciled factory commission deposits from Payment Entry directly into QuickBooks Bank Deposits, balancing accounting books instantly.

🛡️ Conflict Batch Protection

Unmatched account numbers or missing vendor codes are isolated into conflict resolution queues, preventing duplicate accounting ledger entries.

Permissions & Navigation

  • Required Base Permission: MRSware/Integration/QuickBooks – Governs access to QuickBooks connection wizards and sync utilities.
  • Launching the Sync Wizard: Select File → QuickBooks → Sync Wizard (ImportWizardLauncher.cs).
