There are several ways to add files to File Share:
Select a file on your hard drive (typically through Windows Explorer by highlighting it). Press Ctrl-C to copy. Go to the File Share folder you wish to put the file in, click in the list (doesn't matter where) and press Ctrl-V to paste. The file will automatically be copied up to File Share.
2. Drag and Drop
Similar to copy and paste, a file can be dragged directly from Windows Explorer or the Desktop to the folder desired in File Share. Click on the file, drag it over the file list in MRSware, release the mouse button to drop it. The file will be created and uploaded to File Share.
3. New File button
Click the New button on the button bar. Find and select the file you wish to upload. Press Ok to create and upload the file in File Share.
Once the file is saved to File Share, it can be seen on and downloaded to any other computer that any of the Users who have permission to see the file are logged in from. For more information about File Share and its various options, take a look at the File Share User Manual.
