How to get E-mail into MRSware

1. MRSware E-mail
E-mail service through MRSware is included in your MRSware subscription.  Changing your domain's MX records will point incoming e-mail to MRSware.  Any e-mail that comes into MRSware directly will show in the sender's activity list, the sender's company's activity list, and the recipient's activity list.
2. Server Forwarding
Server forwarding is when the user's mail server receives a message and forwards it to another e-mail address without user intervention.  This type of forwarding can be used to send incoming e-mails to MRSware from another mail service.  If this type of forwarding is used, it usually preserves the heading allowing for the incoming e-mails to show in the sender's activity list, the sender's company's activity list, and the recipient's activity list.

3. User Forwarding
User forwarding is when an individual pushes the Forward button in their mail client and sends that message to someone.  Users can forward an e-mail to their MRSware address.  When this type of forwarding is used, the original From, To, Cc, and Bcc information is lost, allowing the e-mail to only be shown in the sender's (person who forwarded the e-mail) Activity list.

4. Cc Yourself
Users can send a copy to their MRSware e-mail address of e-mail messages they send from other e-mail clients by putting their MRSware address in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields.  Any e-mails arriving in MRSware this way will show the e-mail in the sender's activity list, the sender's company's activity list, and the recipient's activity list.

5. Use MRSware
Any e-mail that is sent from MRSware shows the sender and recipients information, so that it will show in the sender's activity list, the sender's company's activity list, and the recipient's activity list.

6. Use MRSware IMAP
IMAP connections from your existing e-mail program allow for bi-directional communication between the client and the server.  Connect your program to MRSware IMAP, copy over files and folders that you want in MRSware, then login to MRSware to access them.  Going forward, the folders and messages can be accessed through either MRSware directly or through the old e-mail program.
