Re-sending doesn't come up that often, but with the high amount of spam filtering and generally large volume of email that everyone works with on a daily basis, it is not that uncommon to hear someone say that they didn't get the email you sent. In answer to that, it is a simple matter to drag the email to the Outbox and have it sent again.
It is quite easy to resend an email in MRSware. Just drag the email to the Outbox (from your Sent Items folder typically) and the system will send the email again to all of the recipients. Of course, if there were multiple recipients the first time, and you just want to resend the message to one of them, this is when you would use the Forward button to forward a copy of the email to just the one individual.
