Also check out the “Contact Printout” report found in the Company screen – open your customer’s “Company” screen, click on the icon in the tool bar for “Contact Printout” and your activities will be summarized.

3 - Do you want to review a particular e-mail message for a customer?
Check out the Activity tab in your customer’s “Company” screen, click on the envelope icon on the tool bar “E-mail” and all the messages received from and sent to that customer will pop up in the activity list. Double-click on the message you want to review and the message will appear for your reading pleasure. *You will need to use MRSware as your e-mail provider or forward all messages to your MRSware mail account for this feature to work.
4 - Do you want to see the status of your leads and new business opportunities?
Check out Opportunity Tracking - sort and filter the columns to track leads alphabetically or by Principal or by projected close dates or by sales phase (just a few examples).
These examples are the tip of the iceberg of information that can be found in MRSware once you realize the importance of building a Relationship Database.
