Sample Email Templates

The Email Templates feature allows all of your Users to share and use the same set of email forms, providing a consistent face to your organization.


Attached are several ready to use email templates.  Feel free to download these and use them in your own system.

1. Download the attached samples.
2. Open the emails in MRSware.
3. Edit them to include your own company logo, copyright notices, and contacts information.
4. Save them as Templates.

These samples were pulled together in just a few minutes from the Microsoft Templates site and a web site that was advertising free email templates.


You can create your own templates by pasting in existing Word document contents, or web page contents, into a MRSware Email and saving it as a Template.  You can also start with a blank e-mail and create a completely custom template for your company to use.

Here is one more template.  This one demonstrates a two-column layout using tables.  Of course, companies should add their own logo images, product shot, or any other graphics that will help convey the message.
