A Glossary of Texting Acronyms

Texting has created a new language that you may find hard to learn. Some of these acronyms are already part of our everyday experience, but others are not so easily remembered. Following is a partial key to the code:

LOL      = Laughing Out Loud

LQTM    = Laughing Quietly To Myself

ROFL    = Rolling On the Floor Laughing

CSL       = Can’t Stop Laughing

G2G      = Got To Go

GGN     = Gotta Go Now

TTYL    = Talk To You Later

B4N      = Bye For Now

Using MRSware on a Mac

We are often asked if you can use MRSware on a Mac. The short answer is "Yes". The long answer is "You need to either use the Mac OS X's native "Boot Camp" or a Mac virtualization product to run Windows applications, including MRSware, on your Mac desktop or laptop.

Here's some information about the options for running Windows application on your Mac from the Apple site:

The above page talks about Boot Camp, the program they include with every Mac, allowing them to run Windows on the Mac hardware.

The two most popular programs for running Windows on a Mac are Parallels and VMware Fusion. As apposed to Apple's Boot Camp that requires the user to reboot their computer into Windows, these programs allow for Windows applications to run seamlessly within the Mac interface. If you are familiar with and have used a Mac for a while, this will be your preferred method of using MRSware on that Mac.

How do you communicate with your grandparents, your parents, your friends, your children? Do you even stop to think about the various ways you reach out to each of these generational groups? Probably you don’t. You either use what you’re comfortaCble with or sadly, you don’t interact much at all.

But when you’re in a business environment, dealing with different generations, is not something you can take for granted. One style does not fit all. You will have to learn to vary your approach and the method of communication you use to match the person or group you want to reach.
