Sales Reps can be found in the Contacts Menu. Sales Reps is the control center for the sales force; where the sales entities are created, enabled, and disabled. Sales Reps may contain sales entities such as Sales Reps, Territories, and/or Agency.
MRSweb also creates the link between these sales force entities and their corresponding Users in the system. Once a sales rep/territory/agency entity is created in the system, it can be assigned to Companies, Customers, Orders, and Invoices.
The Sales Reps list displays the Active sales reps for the agency. The Sidebar has a pre-filtered view of Inactive Reps displaying a list of sales reps no longer employed by the agency.
